If you’re reading this as an outsider while considering Talented as a potential workplace, thank you, we're grateful! Hiring procedures can make everyone, including us, nervous, so we want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Please note that this process is not set in stone. We keep iterating, and the steps may vary slightly for each candidate. However, here is a basic guide to help you get started.

Check our open positions

We aim to publish all our open positions on our Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. If there’s nothing on any of these locations, shoot us an email at [email protected].

How to write in to us with your profile

The best way to stand out is to send us a crisp email along with a 2-min video introduction and anything else that best represents you. If that’s your CV so be it. If it’s your behance, fine by us. If it’s your twitter profile, sure, challenge accepted. We love a particularly creative effort.

We may have a particular bias for all applications that come with a video. So here are some suggestions on what you could cover if you do decide to send one in:

Scheduling an interview meeting

We aim to respond to all emails within 7 days. If you’ve been selected for a one-on-one interview, good luck! A representative from our HR team will get in touch with you to schedule it according to your convenience.

We’ll try and fit in our entire application process into a two week window, not including the time you might need for the short project or task.
