All full-time employees at Talented are covered under an annual medical insurance plan as part of our group health coverage policy.
The medical insurance policy covers every employee, their spouse and up to two children for a value of Rs. 5 Lakhs annually.
Additionally, for the year 2023-24, an additional premium to include parental coverage on your mediclaim for both parents will be fully covered by Talented.
Live-in partners are considered and covered equally as partners through marriage are as long as you’ve added them on the insurance dashboard.
Employees are eligible for coverage beginning the first of the month following their hire date.
Policies are managed through the Plum Health platform, where you can also find more details about the plans, additional costs for upgrades, and overall coverage.

Everyone will receive a login to our insurance platform, Plum Health. Once there, you will see details of your medical insurance policy.
Here, you will also find your unique online health card, which has your name, the policy number, your healthID, validity date, and other specifics you will need. These are the details to keep handy should you find yourself in a situation of needing to avail insurance. It is a good practice to keep a copy on your phone in a favourites folder, and share a copy with family/ family + friends you are likely to call in case of urgency.
In situations where you need to get insurance support externally (say, emergency surgery or there is no time or mind space to have conversations with the insurance folks on the Plum site), call anyone from HR & Talent Experience and we will interface with the folks at Plum and get you the support you seek. If you are in doubt, look for login credentials for Plum Health on your Talented email ID. If still in doubt, please reach out to HR to get this sorted out.
