To help us grow our teams with exceptional people and encourage diversity in our hiring process, we offer a referral bonus to any team member who helps us find an amazing hire for all advertised job openings.

How does it work?

Open positions will be posted on our internal/external channels by the HR Team and also in the @allhands space so that everyone sees who we’re trying to hire.

If you have someone in mind, introduce your candidate by email to the HR & Talent Experience team with their profile and the advertised position that you think they would be a fit for.

The referral date can’t be earlier than the date the job is posted and the hiring of the referred candidate has to happen within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral.

Referral bonuses are offered once the new team member is hired and has been with Talented for at least 3 months and completed their compatibility/probation period.

Referral bonus for all positions = INR 20,000.

Can anyone refer anyone?

Yes, if you work at Talented. No matter what role you are in, you can refer a candidate for any open position as indicated by HR.

Hiring managers are not eligible for referral bonuses when hiring for their teams. The ExCo, HR team and Recruitment aren’t eligible either.
