Inside The Talented Grid, we’re building agencies with dense creative talent at the core and a flexible support system of consulting creatives, strategists, freelancers, and creators around them. In fact, a lot of the work you already love from Talented was made with consulting talent who stepped in and elevated the team exactly when it mattered.
We want to be able to give anyone, including those who do not work full time with us, the best agency experience of their lives. The basics like getting paid on time, equal credit, clear scopes, predictable timelines, and respectful collaboration should be non-negotiable for this model to work at scale.
It’s now clear we need someone who can run this full time. Scouting, vetting, and bringing in the right people for the right projects at the right time for the right duration. You’ll be part recruiter, part negotiator, part matchmaker, maintaining a living network of consulting talent. Executed well, this role will mean that the best people in the world can work with us without having to work for us.
This is not an HR role. We already have a very motivated HR team for our full-time people. This is a scouting and network-building role for the incredible people outside our walls. It’ll require deep familiarity with the creative ecosystem and modern marketing, not HR process experience. That being said, we encourage people with HR experience to consider this too. Talent ID will be key.
