We’re currently a remote-active workplace. Which means we function both remotely from our owns spaces and also out of our office workspaces a few days a week.

We have IRL workspaces in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Mumbai. As the majority of our team is based in Bangalore, our colleagues there choose to work from office more than folks from the other locations.

For Bangalore

You’ll find our HQ In the heart of the city, housed in an iconic building amidst the bustle of Church Street & Museum Road, far from the dreary concrete jungles or campuses in the outskirts of the city. We’ve made the conscious choice to be where the real action is - in a location that means that as well as being perfectly placed to develop relationships with local businesses we can also demonstrate our commitment to being an active and engaged participant in the local environment. We’re a 5 minute walk to Cubbon Park and very close to some of the most walkable streets in the city. The fact that you’re always only seconds away from a great meal is a bonus.

Typically, our Bangalore teams spend anywhere between 8-10 days a month at Talented HQ. We’re centrally located in context to most neighbourhoods in Bangalore and just a 5-min walk from the Church Street Metro Station. If you plan to be based in Bangalore, you will receive further details regarding official formalities a week before your joining date.

For Working Remotely

While the majority of our team members are based in Bangalore, Talented is currently a remote-active workplace. This means, you get to decide where you want to work from. Should you choose for that to be your own space in another city, that's perfectly fine as per our current policy. In this scenario, you will be expected to make arrangements to come down to Bangalore for at least a week every quarter.

Even though we're remote-active, we're strong believers in IRL interaction and the power of teams collaborating out of shared physical spaces every once in a while. So do ensure that you plan your once in a quarter trips accordingly. The HR & Talent team is available for any further information you might need here or to help you plan dates ahead of time.

Work-life at most companies have undergone massive changes over the last couple of years. While we currently do not plan for a model in which we operate full-time out of the office, Talented's policies around remote work are also expected to be frequently updated depending on our progress and success as a company. The leadership typically addresses updates regarding these policies on most Monday morning catch-up calls and encourages points of view from all our colleagues before any decision on policy changes are made.
