Once you join, Talented follows a three-month compatibility period (commonly known as probation) for all talent. It allows both us and you to determine if we are a good fit for each other. Benefits and full permanent employee status takes effect once you’ve successfully completed this compatibility period.

We like to believe we have a thorough hiring process to ensure all of us know what we’re getting into. At the same time, no process is perfect and we believe that if either party thinks Talented isn’t the best fit for them during that particular moment in time, it's a failure of our hiring process, not the person we hired. Let’s use this compatibility period to be sure that both the organisation’s and the individual’s expectations of each other match how we hoped it would when we set out.
