All creative work should be paid work.

During the interview process at Talented, if a candidate is ever asked to take a creative test, strategy test or any other test that requires them spending creative time, we will compensate the candidate for their effort with a one time fee. The fee will depend on the level they’re applying for and will be communicated before they begin by HR.

As much as this is intended for the person applying, this is equally intended for teams and hiring managers conducting the interview. Having an internal marker such as this, helps us ensure that we’re serious about any candidate that we’re progressing through to the final rounds of interview.

Please note: Any request to participate in any such test will be made only through our HR team and no one else.
