The Talented Grid of Companies is a growing collective of specialised ventures, each built to solve a specific kind of marketing challenge, from a creator-collective to strategic marketing for early-stage startups.
Each company in the grid is incubated within Talented, and run independently by entrepreneurs. Think about all the benefits of an advertising and marketing network, without the downsides. This is our attempt to find like-minded founders/founding teams who we’re excited to back.
In August 2023, we launched the Talented Grid of Companies with The New Thing, a dedicated social-culture marketing agency with a primary focus to help brands create cultural conversations and moments on social media.
In September 2024, Talented further cemented its ambitions in its Grid with an investment in and launch of Early.Partners, a fractional marketing consultancy company that will help emerging and growing startups and businesses in their early stages with accelerated growth, specifically to help them turn their marketing into a strategic, sustainable, sales-aligned, revenue-focused component of their organisation.
The New Thing, part of the Talented Grid of Companies, is a creator collective that believes brands should work for the internet, not the other way around. Staffed entirely by creators, TNT exists to help brands thrive through content. Founded by Viren Sean Noronha, TNT’s mission is clear: to solve content problems that unlock marketing outcomes.
In less than two years, TNT alongside Talented bagged 17 elephants at the prestigious Kyoorius Creative Awards 2025, 10 Mommy awards by Mad Over Marketing landing them the second best agency on social media, and 2 silver at The Abby Creative Awards 2025.
Early is co-founded by Meghana Bhat and the Talented Grid of Companies. Meghana has spent nearly two decades in marketing in multiple roles — leading creative at Dentsu-Webchutney, transforming revenue at ScoopWhoop, and driving product and brand marketing at InVideo.
This has given her the unique experience of working on marketing problems for both startups and global giants. She is a trained strategic marketer and a jobs-to-be-done practitioner, a globally accepted and advanced framework for distilling customer insights and incorporating them in strategy, that she has successfully used to shape product strategy and marketing across early stage startups.
Your ways of working with Talented extend as protocol across the Grid companies. You’re also encouraged to connect and know more about your ‘cousins’ in the grid and dream for their companies as much as you do for Talented. Opportunities for cross-grid collaboration exist ever so often. ****The ‘network’ model has very few good stories, and we’re excited to find the balance between independent growth for our grid companies and a positive rub-off of the influence from Talented.
